Welcome to ZoomRead®. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service," or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Dynamo Nova," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ZoomRead® platform, website, browser extensions, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
ZoomRead® is a software-as-a-service ("SaaS") adaptive reading platform owned and operated by Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC. ZoomRead® provides adaptive reading modes, personalization settings, accessibility tools, browser extensions, and related features designed to enhance the digital reading experience.
By accessing, browsing, downloading, installing, or using ZoomRead® in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and delete any installed browser extensions or applications.
Your use of ZoomRead® is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are under thirteen (13) years of age, you are prohibited from using the Service.
By clicking "I Agree," "Sign Up," "Create Account," or any similar button, or by accessing or using the Service in any way, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to be legally bound by them. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 "Service" means the ZoomRead® platform, including the website, web application, browser extensions, mobile applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and all related tools, features, content, and functionality provided by Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC.
2.2 "User" means any individual or entity that accesses, browses, downloads, installs, or uses the Service in any capacity, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
2.3 "Content" means all text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, data, information, and other materials made available through or displayed on the Service, excluding User Content.
2.4 "User Content" means any content, data, text, bookmarks, annotations, preferences, settings, reading lists, or other materials that a User creates, uploads, submits, stores, or transmits through the Service.
2.5 "Subscription" means a paid plan that grants a User access to premium features, tools, and functionality beyond those available in the free tier of the Service.
2.6 "Browser Extension" means the ZoomRead® software extension or add-on designed for installation in compatible web browsers (including but not limited to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari) that enables the Service's features on third-party web pages.
2.7 "Account" means a registered user account created through the Service, identified by a unique email address or single sign-on credential, through which a User accesses personalized features, settings, and Subscription plans.
2.8 "Adaptive Reading Modes" means the proprietary reading enhancement features offered through the Service, including but not limited to speed reading mode, focus mode, comfort mode, and any other reading modes developed and made available by Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC.
2.9 "Accessibility Tools" means the suite of features within the Service designed to improve usability for individuals with disabilities or reading difficulties, including but not limited to dyslexia-friendly fonts, screen reader compatibility, contrast adjustments, and text-to-speech functionality.
3.1 Account Creation. To access certain features of the Service, you must create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated Accounts.
3.4 Single Sign-On (SSO). The Service may allow you to register and log in using third-party authentication providers, including but not limited to Google, Apple, and other supported SSO providers. By using SSO, you authorize Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC to access certain information from your third-party account as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of third-party SSO is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party provider.
3.5 Account Suspension and Termination. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if your Account poses a security risk to the Service or other Users.
4.1 Platform Overview. ZoomRead® is a SaaS adaptive reading platform and browser extension that enhances the digital reading experience. The Service provides a suite of tools designed to improve reading efficiency, comfort, and accessibility across digital content.
4.2 Adaptive Reading Modes. The Service offers multiple reading modes designed to optimize the reading experience based on user preference and context, including but not limited to:
Speed reading mode, designed to increase reading pace through guided text presentation;
Focus mode, designed to minimize distractions and enhance concentration;
Comfort mode, designed to reduce eye strain during extended reading sessions; and
Additional reading modes as developed and released by Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC.
4.3 Personalization Settings. Users may customize their reading experience through adjustable settings, including font size, color themes, reading preferences, bookmarks, reading history, and other personalization features as made available through the Service.
4.4 Browser Extensions. ZoomRead® offers browser extensions for compatible web browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari. Browser extensions enable Users to apply ZoomRead® reading modes and tools to content on third-party websites. Availability and functionality may vary by browser.
4.5 Accessibility Tools. The Service includes accessibility features designed to support Users with diverse reading needs, including dyslexia-friendly font options, screen reader compatibility, contrast adjustments, text-to-speech functionality, and other accessibility enhancements.
4.6 Service Availability. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC strives to maintain reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows when practicable.
4.7 Modifications to the Service. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify, update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature, functionality, or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.
5.1 Subscription Tiers. The Service is offered in multiple tiers, including a free tier with limited features and one or more premium Subscription plans that provide access to enhanced features, tools, and functionality. Details of available plans, features, and pricing are published on the ZoomRead® website and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Payment Terms. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected by you). You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC (or its designated payment processor) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
5.3 Automatic Renewal. Unless you cancel your Subscription prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration at the then-current rate. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date.
5.4 Price Changes. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC reserves the right to change Subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice (via email or in-app notification) of any price increase. Your continued use of the premium Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your Subscription before the price change takes effect.
5.5 Refund Policy. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Section or as required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue that materially prevents you from using the premium features of the Service, you may request a refund by contacting our support team within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC.
5.6 Third-Party Payment Processors. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC does not store full credit card numbers or financial account details on its servers.
5.7 Free Trials. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer free trial periods for premium Subscription plans. At the end of a free trial, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per User and may be subject to additional conditions as specified at the time of enrollment.
6.1 License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service, including the Browser Extension, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell, commercially exploit, or redistribute any aspect of the Service.
6.2 License Restrictions. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service or any part thereof;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying structure of the Service;
Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, sell, resell, or otherwise transfer or make available the Service to any third party;
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or displayed on the Service;
Use the Service to develop a competing product or service;
Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access, collect, or extract data from the Service; or
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, or access control features of the Service.
6.3 Browser Extension License. The license granted in Section 6.1 extends to the installation and use of the Browser Extension on compatible web browsers. You may install the Browser Extension on devices that you own or control. The Browser Extension is licensed, not sold, and Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC retains all rights not expressly granted herein.
6.4 No Resale or Commercial Redistribution. The Service is intended for individual end-user consumption. You may not resell, redistribute, package, or bundle access to the Service or any of its features for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC.
7.1 Ownership. The Service, including all software, code, algorithms, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, data compilations, and all other Content and materials made available through the Service (collectively, "Dynamo Nova Materials"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC and its licensors. The Dynamo Nova Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and international jurisdictions.
7.2 Trademarks. ZoomRead® is a registered trademark of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers displayed on or through the Service are the property of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any trademark, service mark, or logo of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC without our prior written consent.
7.3 Copyright Notice. All Content available through the Service is © 2026 Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC or its licensors. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any Content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
7.4 No Ownership Rights Acquired. Nothing in these Terms or in your use of the Service transfers or conveys to you any ownership right, title, or interest in the Service, the Dynamo Nova Materials, or any intellectual property of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC.
7.5 Feedback. If you provide Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC with any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, recommendations, feedback, or other input regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC all right, title, and interest in such Feedback. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC shall be free to use, incorporate, modify, distribute, and exploit Feedback for any purpose without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.
8.1 Ownership of User Content. You retain all ownership rights in and to any User Content that you create, upload, submit, or store through the Service. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC does not claim ownership of your User Content.
8.2 License to User Content. By submitting, uploading, or storing User Content through the Service, you grant Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your Account, except to the extent that copies are retained in routine backups or as required by applicable law.
8.3 Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the Service to:
Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation;
Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, stalk, or intimidate any individual or entity;
Transmit spam, chain letters, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk communications;
Hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other Accounts, computer systems, or networks;
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect or extract data from the Service without express written permission;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
Upload, transmit, or distribute any virus, worm, trojan horse, malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code;
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security, encryption, authentication, or access control features of the Service; or
Encourage or facilitate any of the foregoing activities by any third party.
8.4 Content Removal and Account Action. Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content at its sole discretion. We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms, infringes the rights of any third party, or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate the Account of any User who violates these Terms.
9.1 General Acceptable Use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances in connection with your use of the Service.
9.2 No Automated Access. You shall not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or collect data from the Service without the prior written consent of Dynamo Nova Ventures LLC. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, the use of bots, scripts, browser automation tools, and artificial intelligence agents.
9.3 No Unauthorized Access. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other Accounts, computer systems, servers, or networks connected to the Service, whether through hacking, password mining, social engineering, or any other means.
9.4 No Interference. You shall not engage in any conduct that interferes with, disrupts, or unreasonably burdens the Service, its servers, or networks, or that degrades the experience of other Users.
9.5 Browser Extension Acceptable Use. When using the Browser Extension, you agree to the following additional rules:
You shall not use the Browser Extension to access, modify, or extract content from websites in violation of those websites' terms of service;
You shall not use the Browser Extension to circumvent paywalls, access restrictions, or digital rights management protections;
